All services are subject to availability. Some services may be facilitated through third-party providers and additional terms may apply per booking.

How It Works

Globeman operates primarily as a hotel booking platform leveraging our network of global partners to get you better hotel prices than online platforms like Booking.com or Hotels.com.
All bookings are handled via direct messaging or contact with a Globeman advisor.

Client Responsibilities

To use our services, you agree to:

*Provide accurate and complete personal and payment information
* Respond in a timely manner to booking or confirmation requests
* Adhere to the terms of third-party providers (e.g., hotels, resorts, or transport services)

You are solely responsible for any losses, delays, or issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.

Payment Terms

* All fees and charges will be clearly outlined at the time of booking.
* Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment options.
* Some bookings may require full or partial upfront payment.
* Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
* Outstanding balances must be cleared prior to check-in.

Globeman reserves the right to cancel unpaid or overdue bookings.

Cancellations & Refunds

* Cancellation policies depend on the hotel or service provider’s terms.
* All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email, WhatsApp, or chat).
* Some bookings may be **non-refundable** or incur **penalties**.
* Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time frame based on third-party processing timelines.

Booking Modifications

Travel Disruptions & Liability Disclaimer

Globeman acts as a facilitator between travelers and hotel partners. We do not operate hotels or transport services directly and are **not liable** for:

* Errors, delays, or cancellations by third-party providers
* Injuries, loss of property, or service disruptions during travel
* Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics)

We will, however, provide support where possible to resolve issues.

Privacy and Data Use

We take your privacy seriously. By using Globeman services, you consent to the collection, storage, and usage of your information in accordance with our Policy. We never sell or share your data with unrelated third parties without your consent.

 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the country in which Globeman operates, currently including Nigeria and global partner locations. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in those locations.
